A large AoE attack that could be fired from a Rocket Launcher, or possibly lobbed like a Grenade. After the initial explosion, it applies either plasma burn or deadly poison (for the radiation) to any survivors. An optional advantage, Scorched Earth, replaces the to DoT with clinging flames, and causes a pyre patch on the ground. The explosion comes with a small mushroom cloud, maybe one that creates a skull shape for a bit of style.
