Improving my Dual Blade build

Hey, looking to improve my dual blade DPS build, I'm more of doing solo content and soloQ so I try to go for a more self-sustain/versatile character, here is what I have:

Looking at others builds I seen they trend to go for STR or DEX but not both, it is not recommended?
I also have an alternative single blade in mind which aside from attacks change main SS DEX for STR and form focus for enrage, would it perform better or worse than using dual blades?
Finally I would like to ask advice on the mods to use, I have the bank full of them but having a hard time figuring out which one to choose.
