Help trying to find a power

Hey, does anyone know the power or passive that seems to sometimes summon bolts of lightening from above? not lightening storm. seen it a few times in groups but can't figure out what it is.

I think it's Aura of Ebon Destruction.

AoED yes, critical causes lightning to strike.
