Placate, despite being tagged as a crowd control effect/power does not have increased time of effectiveness with additional stacks of Manipulator.
Powers Affected: Ego Placate
Items Affected; Nanomachine Pheremones
Solution: Give Placate Timer same UI and increase as Confuses that diminishes when target receives damage (aka the old-launch crowd control UI)
