Cross Emblem?

I tried looking through the emblems multiple times, but couldn't find one and figured they left it out of the game for some weird reason. it's one of the most common symbols in the world and it's the symbol for the support role.

But yesterday I saw someone with the emblem on their chest. I asked how they got it and they were either afk or didn't want to tell me. I'm hoping someone here knows how to obtain it. Or maybe I've been looking in the wrong place for it somehow or maybe they did some kind of costume magic to make it.

    Very weird. I'm using it on a character with Insignia Emblem. But, when i look for it as an emblem its not there.

    Its called Medic Cross btw.

    ah okay. maybe the devs forgot to add it as a regular emblem.
