the problem with (some) premium ATs

Since the direction of the game has changed into group content and more things require specific builds roles and requirements in all aspects, dps, tank, util, healing, ccing. Wouldn't it make sense for the outdated ATs to be made free? at least free until their update comes about .Or even better, make them all free since the premium ats are left untouched by the ones that have access to all of them, since, they already have FF and people rather use FFs than ATs? leave ATs for the silver guys and the ff slot in z store untouched so silver can get FF slots normally
or even a better idea, let the weekly AT rotation come back!
The outdated ATs that I have in mind are
Night Warrior
Inventor
Impulse
Making these free would help greatly for people to test them, and maybe give feedback on how to fix them OR even fix the power tree eventually in the light of a rework
