Ever so often I can't assess Primus Database web site on mobile. As of now it telling me connection refused or failed whatever. This isn't the third time in the past 2-3 months. Sometimes may be off hours.

Edit:
I wonder if this problem is on my part because I restart my phone and it worked. But restarting it didn't work the other times. That was off for hours.
