Was hoping to get some improvement on this tank. I hope to eventually be a cosmic tank, but one that has enough self-heals to tank other content without issue. I know I have some rendundancy in AOE's. Not sure which works best!

The open power slots can be used for w/e ya want.
Although Epidemic can't put up Challenge, the Wisp can, so AoE still shouldn't be much of an issue overall. I kept Ascension in there for the extra dmg/heal boost and Judgement's interaction w/ the Wisp's Guide adv. Changed the specs and stats around a bit too. Also added Endorphin Rush (since it's a nice & cheap extra heal for tanks), and got rid of a few redundant powers. Gears msotly for Con, w/ some Dex and End/Rec.
