It appears that the knock effects listed for PA's Hand Cannon and Shoulder Launcher powers don't ever work on the primary target of these attacks, when there's nothing in their tooltips or descriptions implying that the main target shouldn't be affected. Also, the knock chance of Hand Cannon at R2 is 100% and at R3 is 75%, when it should be the reverse.
Lastly, Chest Beam's power description mentions that it has a chance to knock on tap, and that this chance increases when charged, but this %chance isn't outlined in it's actual tooltip (instead it just lists the effect as if it always knocks, when that isn't the case).
