you can consume multiple devour emote unlocks in one character before you can get the perk, wasting multiple of them​​

    That happens to most of them, before server realizes it as used, i normally relog and wait at least 3 minutes and check my perks for it. It is annoying and needs a fix in several cases, same for Transformations, simply not use them several times and wait it out till it appears.
