Is Valiant Gear is still bugged? The last time I used a set on one of my toons (about a year or so ago), the mods I added basically created *penalties* to my stats. Recently, I've been getting Valiant gear from some lockboxes, but I don't want to equip this stuff and mod it if it is still buggy, nor do I want to dump it on some noob in the AH who doesn't know any better.
