Dual power color power editing

Rebuke has two forms (ally and enemy) one gold one blue. If you color the power however both versions go to the single color.

Also Bountiful Chi Resurgence gets colored along with Gifts of the Storm.

I would love to be able to keep the two tone properties but choose both tones.
