A Bug related to the "Aversion" Buff.

Bug:
Where it happens: With the "Aversion" Buff on "Vicious Strikes" and "Righteous Fists" from the "Drunken Master" Advantage also on "Strafe" with the "Aversion" Advantage.

• What happens: The "Aversion" Buff on "Vicious Strikes" "Righteous Fists" and "Strafe" isn't scaling properly as it should, Testing shows no scaling past what seems to be around 165 points in Dexterity for the "Drunken Master" Advantage and 165 points in Intelligence as well for the "Aversion" Advantage.

• Note: I tested and observed this bug on the Public Test Server/Shard(PTS) and the Live Server, As for what prompted this was the fact that I wasn't seeing the numbers I knew I should be seeing on my Dodge Tank's dodge chance, then when I took a look at the "Drunken Master" Advantage I saw it was far less than what it should be which is around +176 Dodge Rating and +176 Avoidance Rating from the "Aversion" Buff base on the amount of Dexterity I've got, I'd appreciate it if someone can confirm my findings and comment below.
