Fair Game

Just noticed that fair game gives health on defeat. NOT LIMITED TO ARCHERY POWERS. My be good for characters doing Alerts ( vigilance and events and some PvE. Not a go to power for Lairs and Cosmics.

    It may be useful, especially for characters with large AoEs (Hurricane, Epidemic, etc..), to keep a rolling HoT going. I've had characters take the Vindicator - Rush of Battle spec for a similar effect and it works nicely in events with a lot of mobs (STE, Forum Malvanum, GRAB, etc..).
