I assume that when you say 'Marksman' you are referring to the AT in particular and not an Archery FF build.

Since it's not on the HeroCreator yet, I'll go by the power template on the forums:

    " New Power Progression:

    1 Strafe
    1 Straight Shot
6 Sonic Arrow OR Desperate Shot
    8 Quarry
    11 Torrent of Arrows
    14 Precision
    17 Rapid Shots
    21 Parry
    25 Hunter's Instinct
30 Storm of Arrows OR Gas Arrow
35 Evasive Maneuvers OR Fair Game
40 Explosive Arrow OR Focused Shot "

I would prob get Desperate Shot for the extra self-heal adv (though there's merit to the stun/paralyze from Sonic Arrow). Storm of Arrows over Gas Arrow (and maybe get the root adv for more CC), unless you wanted the stun/snare from Gas Arrow's adv. Evasive Maneuvers over Fair Game (unless you were only doing solo content w/ the AT), since Evasive can be other another source of self-healing and/or a threat wipe. And prob Focused Shot over Explosive.

Here's how I'd prob make the full build:

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Intelligence (Secondary)
    Level 15: Ego (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Marksman (Dex: 10, Int: 10, Ego: 10, End: 8)
    Level 7: Negotiator (Int: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Worldly (Ego: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 20: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 25: Academics (Int: 5, Ego: 5)
    Level 30: Shooter (Dex: 5, Ego: 5)

    Powers (edited)
    1 Strafe (unranked)
1 Straight Shot (R2 + Split the Arrow, possibly +USB Arrow)
    6 Desperate Shot (Stim Pack)
    8 Quarry (R2 + R3)
    11 Torrent of Arrows (R2 + R3)
    14 Precision (unranked)
    17 Rapid Shots (R2 + R3_Concentrated Shots)
    21 Parry (R2 + R3)
    25 Hunter's Instinct (can't rank up)
    30 Storm of Arrows (R2 + R3_Achilles' Heel)
35 Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind)
    40 Focused Shot (R2 + R3)

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Avenger: Ruthless (2/2)
    Avenger: Round 'em Up (3/3)
    Avenger: Surprise Attack (2/2)
    Avenger: Relentless Assault (3/3)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (3/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (2/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

(Leftover adv points can be put into the travel power(s) and/or wherever else you see fit.)

The special adv on Rapid Shot comes down to whether you want to optimize its dps or have freedom of movement when using it. I'll leave that choice up to you. The single-target rotation is pretty simple, in using charged Straight Shot to apply and refresh the AP debuff, and otherwise channeling Rapid Shots (or using Focused Shot, if you think it's safe to). AoE can be done mostly w/ Torrent and Storm of Arrows. Gears mostly for Int (since it scales up Precision, Hunter's Instinct, and Quarry's Audacity), and w/ some +crit/severity, +maxHP, and +cost discount and cd reduction on gear.

    I'm sorry, I should have specified that I am looking for a FF build to work on the new revamped powerset. Sorry Flow ^^;

Oh. Alright. Well, an FF version wouldn't necessarily have to change much, though you could better optimize it w/ things like Targeting Computer (instead of Quarry) and a spec like Vindicator (instead of Avenger). Many of the things I said about the powers still apply, but you're not having to choose between fixed ones. You can also change the SS's too, if you want (maybe INT/Dex/Con or DEX/Int/Con if you wanted Con SS; EGO/Int/Con or EGO/Int/Dex can also work, and all still w/ using an Int focus).

You also don't need to use Precision, if you just wanted to take Chilled Form or Concentration instead and use Dex or Ego as your main stat (or stick w/ Int, but use Conc). I'd also prob add Resurgence in there, since FFs have extra power slots, and you can put w/e ya want in the remaining open power slot. Here's an example FF build w/ a few changes:

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Intelligence (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Glacier (Dex: 8, Con: 10, Int: 10, End: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Coordinated (Dex: 5, Int: 5)
    Level 12: Investigator (Int: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
    Level 21: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers (edited)
    Level 1: Strafe
Level 1: Straight Shot (Rank 2, Split the Arrow)
    Level 6: Concentration
Level 8: Targeting Computer (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Hunter's Instinct
Level 14: Storm of Arrows (Rank 2, Rank3 or Achilles' Heel)
    Level 17: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 20: Rapid Shots (Rank 2, Rank3 or Concentrated Shots)
Level 23: Torrent of Arrows (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 26: Desperate Shot (Stim Pack)
Level 29: Focused Shot (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 32: Evasive Maneuvers (Sleight of Mind)
    Level 35: Parry (Rank 2)
    Level 38:

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Intelligence: Preparation (2/2)
    Intelligence: Enlightened (3/3)
    Intelligence: Detect Vulnerability (3/3)
    Intelligence: Expertise (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (3/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Intelligence Mastery (1/1)

Has the same basic rotations/attacks as the AT, but w/ more survival tools. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.
