Make "Pistol Whip" a lunge

1) Pistol Whip is out here just giving away CC resistance stacks with no recourse. The stun should be optional.

2) Pistols needs a melee lunge

3) Melee Pistols needs a way to gain "Furious" that is not its huge Damage Redux. (It's only 3 powers, pistol whip, execution shot, and Bullet Ballet). Add advantage.

Don't get me wrong, I like that there are melee attacks in the pistol set. It works nicely with other melee attacks when you don't want pistols to be your main weapon. But lunging with a ranged weapon seems counter productive. That's what the dumb, nameless henchmen do in action movies. They charge into melee range with guns only to get their butts kicked, instead of just shooting with the guns from far away.

On top, I not see why change the power and not create a new one for such purpose instead, Pistol whip is fine as it is, a quick melee stun like the other quick stuns are. Not like it not use it.
