Bug:
Where it happens: With the "Scorched Ground" Advantage on "Incendiary Grenade"

  • What happens: The "Scorched Ground" Advantage on "Incendiary Grenade" isn't refreshing the "Engulfing Flames" Debuff when used despite having the "Fan The Flames" Advantage on "Flashfire", Tested with the "Celestial Dragon's Breath" Device and "Heat Wave" Power as the sources for the Debuff.

  • Note: I tested and observed this bug on the Public Test Server/Shard(PTS) so I'd appreciate it if someone can confirm whether or not it's occurring on the Live Server/Shard or not.

    I am getting this issue as well on live. In my case, I use Fire Snake to apply the debuff and Flashfire to refresh. The initial refresh on cast is fine, but I no longer get a second refresh at half duration.
