Microscopic Travel Power

Mechanically, it would be just another teleport, but this time with a shrinking animation and possibly some kind of microbe/molecule overlay for the player while in transit.

It would be a way to make size-change powers practical without the whole hitbox issue a combat power would have.

This is high on my wish list.
