Show Incapacitate hold durations in debuff icon

It would really help to know how much longer an incapacitate will last like how Sleep and Paralyze have timers in their icons. Moreover, players could use an Incapacitate duration on the tooltips of Incapacitate powers.

And or just only show your own debuffs on an enemy, hiding other players debuffs. This option would help with a lot of things like healer applying to illuminate, or bleed for consuming the stacks without confusing it with other peoples stacks.
