little more water power eh? minimal effort solution!

How can we get some more water based powers with minimal effort and it still look good?


1. some powersets have more than one energy builder [looking at you Tech], and it might make sense [to fit with holy water] to add a water animation variation or alt power for the Light/healing magic power set. there's already hand based water animation from surf slide and that can be combined with tweaked holy water for a quick paced dmg[enemy] / stam-buff[allies], bam -- NEW water based energy builder.

2. speaking of surf slide, add an option for invisible surfboard, or alternate surf items like a Clam Shell, a Shark, or driftwood.

3. Waterspout transform is a crazy awesome animation to be limited to a transform. Port it to a power, like the dark siphon spout, or make it it's own Light equivalent power, target based AoE.

4. Again, using surf slide as a base, make a wave based power similar to ice wall that travels to a target before splashing them, or to an ally healing them.

5. reskin the angels with an aquatic mermaid and merman skin alternative [using existing costume pieces]


BAM new AT, using existing assets reworked a bit.
