I'd prob get the Devoid adv on SBlast, and also nab its Stun adv. I'd also switch to Sentinel Mastery (SBlast's stun adv and Grasping Shadows can proc it), since it provides quite strong background healing for allies atm. Although Ebon Rift is okay, you did take the scatter KB adv on it, which you may not want. I may either get the heal adv on the Rift or just use Soul Vortex and get its Dependency adv (since it's also a pretty nice source of healing). I'd prob also drop R2 on Grasping Shadows, though the heal adv can still be fine to keep. The AoE adv on the ally res could also be nice to get.

For the specs, I'd prob pass on Twist Fate in Sentry and get Precise- and maybe get Fortify (if others are tanking for you, then most inc dmg will prob be from AoE). You could also consider getting Pres PSS's Vuln (applied here by using Grasping Shadows) and Wither in Sentinel spec, if you want the option to boost party dmg a bit more. Pres PSS's Repurpose can also be be worth looking into, if you want a boost to bonus healing from Offense on gear. Lastly, although the VD adv on Ebon Void can be okay, you will have to block pretty frequently to get it stacked (and in groups as a non-tank you oftentimes don't have much control over the frequency of inc hits; R3 may be easier/better to work with).
