Tactical Nuke, Ultimate power

I'd like to see a ultimate power for the military side of the Power Armor set. It can use shoulder launcher animations and the giant floor target fx from the space laser in gadgets.

Definitely needs a nuclear mushroom cloud on detonation. Not small either, medium sized.
