Ritual summon despawn

I decided to test the rank 3 tier of the ritual summons. There's an issue with the ritual circle despawning on it's own in a fight. You can stand for an hour just idling nothing will happen. However there are times I go into combat after summoning my Summon in prep for the fight and the circle vanishes right away. Other times I will be in an alert fighting and the circle vanishes in battle with the summon at high health then keep vanishing whenever I try to recast it.
