You might want to replace the Circle with a more reliable self-res (the Fire one), since you cannot capitalize on its healing, and if you get knocked off it you do not get ressed.
Also I would take a rank off the Active offense to add a second rank to the Hex of suffering or the Blinding Light Advantage to the blast.

It looks like a good build. I'm not sure whether or not you'd get enough energy from your energy unlock with Recovery powering it instead of Intelligence. You're also a bit in glass cannon territory with not taking Constitution. You can stick with Dexterity or consider switching to Constitution if you want to be a little more sturdy. Your other stats and gear can get you high crit chance and severity.
You may want to replace Hexed with Will o' the Wisp. It can apply the Hexed debuff but at 100' vs 50'. Your 100' powers will love you for it. On a somewhat related note, I've noticed that Eldritch Blast sometimes fails to refresh Hexed for whatever reason and I have to periodically reapply Hexed.
Since you are using Concentration vs Spellcaster, you don't have an all-the-time Enchantment on you to proc the extra 10% damage from Soul Beam. With your build, it looks like only Eldritch Blast has a 25-50% chance to apply Mystify as an Enchantment. I'd probably take the Illumination advantage on Eldritch Blast or Will o' the Wisp. For me, I'd probably go with Wisp as EB requires a full charge to apply.
I'd consider swapping out Lock N Load for a threat wipe. A 100' threat wipe might be nice. I tend to like Palliate with the Absolve advantage, though it does come with a longer cooldown.
I'd probably swap out Circle of Radiant Glory for another self rez but the Circle can work too..
You could go down to rank1 on Resurgence if you want to spend the advantage points elsewhere.
Yea, I mostly agree w/ the previous posters. Hex is good if you want a bit more optimal dmg from Sorc (due to its DoT also being added), but it does have its 50ft limit to factor in. For long-ranged Sorc builds using Soul Beam and Concentration I'd generally take the Wisp as well (over the blast)- the Guide and Cursed advs are really handy in that case. Although an Ego focus can still work here, you could make it Int-focused instead (since you're using Conc and Conjuring); as long as energy is okay either way, it's up to you on what stats to take, though.
Looks good!! Some folks will save their travel powers as the last one's they take so they can swap them out easier without a full respec. Along the same lines, I'd probably take Lock N Load as one of my last powers, just in case you you decide you'd like a threat wipe down the road. It partially depends on the content you play but threat wipes can be really nice in certain situations. With a high DPS build, Lock N Load may not add that much extra damage.
I still prob would take Infernal's Wisp w/ advs instead of Eld Blast, but yeah that build can work fine as is if you still want the blast. If you are having energy issues, though, you could swap Rec SS for Int SS to boost Conjuring a bit more. I would also agree w/ training the AO at_near the end, since it could be changed for something else.
I'm mostly curious why you want Ego as PSS for your toggle form (Concnetration) and have Rec as a SSS for your Energy Unlock? Is there something in the Ego tree that especially entices you? If you take Int as PSS you can double dip for both your Energy Unlock and Form by taking Spellcaster and Conjuring. This is my sorcery build, and he does great. He uses Guard because I want him to whip out his staff
That can certainly work fine. My 2 cents are:
Personally, I like to have Resurgence at R2 and I'd pull points from TPs to rank it up.
CoRG is a bit of a clunky self rez since you have to drag it around with you. It's fine if you stand still, but if you are moving around a lot it can be a pain.
Hex of Suffering does relatively little damage on its own and I like to have at least the Stun adv on it. Can be useful when soloing.
