Nighthawk Favor Bug

Just had this occur to me and a supergroup member.
Logged on an alt and got like 7 favor before tried teaming with a SG member to do the 3 mission sites together.
Along the way we noticed neither of us was getting any Nighthawk Favor from the mobs. And none from the 3 fake Nighthawks either.
We tried switching teaming and sidekicking. Nothing.
We tried un-teaming and going in alone. Nothing.
We tried changing characters and back. Nothing.
We tried completely logging out and back. Nothing.
I tried getting points on a different alt and they are not getting any now either there they were before.
None of the characters were at the daily max from mobs far as know and the character the problen started with only had 7.
Was able to get the 15 from the que mission and the 50 from the daily. But none else.
ADDENDUM: possibly unrelated. But just noticed that character has also gotten no boxes as drops since???
