A Freeform Improvement of the Tempest Build Post-Revamp?

I was wondering if anyone had a freeform improvement of the tempest build the new way the powers work and all. I dont have any lockbox ultimates or anything so just default powers if you can please help me?

I am unsure what powers you'd like to keep from the AT, but here's a basic FF Elec dps build that you can tweak or reference:

The last few powers can be w/e ya want.

For single-target dps, it uses Ball Lit and Chain Lit to put up Negative Ions and Superconductor, and then it channels LArc while using Ball Lit on cd to refresh both debuffs. AoE can mainly be done via LStorm, and Gigabolt gives you a long-ranged AoE option that can also be used as an opener AoE attack. Gears mostly for End (for Power Source), w/ some Con and Ego.

Also, if you want more dps then you could prob trade Con SS for Dex SS, if you don't mind the lower maxHP.
