Whirlwind Tootip/description mismatch

The Whirlwind power states both in the "advanced descritpion" and in the tooltip that it has a 10% probability to Knock Down and Disorient enemies.

However:

The power short description does not mention this.
The Whirlwind power does NOT apply Knock Down or Disorient

Please fix the discrepancy (adding knock and disorient would be nice, but I fear it was never intended)!

    Whirlwind has a 10% chance to knockdown targets IF they are Disoriented, not do both. Whirlwind doesn't apply Disorient by itself.

    Whoops I totally misread, switching "any" with "and"...

    The only saving grace is that the knock on disorient is not mentioned in the description of the power, only in the advanced and in the tooltip.....
