DB/Darkness build?

I'm looking for a themed build, if it's possible for a Dual Blade and Darkness build for a new character of mine.

Yea, that build can work fine. I may use Str or Dex PSS instead, but either way you're still focusing on Dex w/ FotTempest and Steadfast. I may also take a different self-res than Rebirth, just to avoid the self-dmg, and prob just get Blade Tempest to R3. The VD adv on Ebon Void could also be skipped, depending on how you want to play the build.

The edit looks alright for the theme, though I wouldn't get Guardian spec for a primarily melee build (Vind + Warden or Vind + Brawler is prob what I'd suggest here). Flanking is also good if taking Brawler spec, though it does mean you'll want someone else holding aggro so you can position behind mobs. You could get R3 Conviction by taking a rank from somewhere else, like the Ult or the block's linger. You could also use R3 (or R2 + TC adv) of DW if you added in another Dragon attack for Rush in there (or use something like Power Conversion), but you'd also have to free up a power slot for it. It's up to you how to tweak it, but I prob would change out Guardian spec, regardless.
