7% Catalysts bound to character

I purchased 7% Catalysts from the Foxbat event vendor and they are now bound to the character that purchased them. Any catalysts I've purchased from other event vendors haven't been bound. Seems like a bug.
For anyone else that may run into the problem, I was able to right click on them and choose some of the stack to move to my personal bank. Breaking the stack and moving them to the bank seems to unbind them.
