Playable nemesis

Allow users to create nemesis. Gear them And play them. create events where they can Interface In attack events such as bank robberies. Best nemesis could then become part of alerts. Heroes could pick the nemis they want if a nemi holds top spot questionite could then be rewarded to player who created. People love creating in this game it would be fun and fresh.

    That would be cool. Then it would be more of a far fight when we go back to are Champion to fight their Nemesis. Also when you throw your Nemesis in jail they will need to get out somehow. Maybe has our Nemesis we can defeat and capture our Champion so we will have to use a second character to save your first Champion,
