November 2020 in PC & Technical Issues

Purchased retcons in zen store and 3 of them never appeared in game. Looked in powerhouse, not there. So I bought 3 more IN powerhouse and those were fine. Do not know what to do. Please help.
Also is there a way to see a list of in game purchases?
