I've been trying, to no avail, to fix my account stuffs with the forums. I emailed customer service @cryptic, did the "help me" chat with Arc, even bugged Kaiserin in game but nobody knows wussup. (and @cryptic won't answer my emails)
This account is an alt account to participate. My actual account "Pion01," is unable to post or anything since returning from a long break (2014-15ish). I'm wondering if I'm banned or something? Is there a way to check/find out? I don't recall being banned AFAIK. Btw, I'm not trying to get around the rules or anything - I made this account to see if it was just a browser thing or something. It is not.
I joined the PWI forums back when, and I'm pretty sure I linked my account, as I can sign in, charge zen, etc. but I can't post. I don't even get the little profile thing at the top with the little world and envelope and star and gear. It even says I have no games even tho when I click on "buy LTS" it says I already have one (two actually - CO and NWO)
I'd like to fix whatever this is, as I almost charged zen to the wrong account just now b/c of the alternate login thing.
Let me participate!! \o/
or don't and I'll participate anyway!!!!
