Bloodmoon unlockable transformation perks have incorrect/missing rewards

The Back from the Dead perk, for unlocking 10 Zombie transformations, gives the title "Good Evening" instead of "Back from the Dead". It also claims to grant 1 Vampire Transformation (instead of the Zombie transformation it should), but doesn't actually give anything. Even after waiting several minutes, switching zones multiple times, and then relogging, neither Zombie nor Vampire transformations were unlocked.



edit: The Murder of Crows perk is similarly broken. It grants the title "Back From The Dead", and says it gives 1 Zombie Transformation, but doesn't unlock either transformation.
