Cosmic Auras Bind Option Bug/Mistake

I was looking to buy a cosmic aura from a friend today who had a spare Cosmic Trade Paperback and we discovered something strange.
All the Body Cosmic Auras are "bind to account on equip" (all good and working as intended)
All the Full Cosmic Auras are "bind to account on equip" (all good and working as intended)
All the Back Cosmic Auras are "bind to account on equip" (all good and working as intended)
Alll the Hair Cosmic Auras are "bind to account on equip" (all good and working as intended)
Only 2/3 of the Chestwear Cosmic Auras are "bound to account on equip" with an odd one out being "bound to account on pickup"
All the Bracer Cosmic Auras are "bound to account on pickup"
So as you can see there is a bit of a weird thing happening here and I can't see the logic behind making those 4 auras bind on pickup and all the rest bind on equip..... I can only assume it's a mistake.
