the sound range for certain powers and devices

The reach of Madness Aura's sound is kind of short, at least if you're zoomed out. I'd like to suggest it be increased so it's at least as frequently audible as most other powers, like when someone uses Conflagration, Lightning Storm, or Grasping Shadows. Those seem to have better range, able to be heard from further away.

Also, with how spammable anniversary gifts are (and how quickly irritating that can become), they should probably be confined to around the audible distance that Madness Aura currently has, but only the anniversary gifts if possible. No other sources of the same sound, especially if they're emotes. If the sound source is the same, then a copy should be made with separate settings, since they likely can't be spammed as rapidly as opening anniversary gifts.

Also, I don't think longer cooldown is the answer here. Please don't consider that.

Except for perk reasons. I've noticed if we spam gifts too fast, they don't count. Careful when you're opening them, people. Give yourself a half-second longer before opening another one.
