Quick back story. For years my favorite YouTube group was the Super Best Friends. Sadly, they have broken up and gone their separate ways. Shortly after that, I made a tribute to them in CO. Their mascot was a rejected fighting game character known as Zubaz. They really liked the recreation I made of the character in CO, but since then, he's just been sitting unused in my roster. I've decided to actually play him, but he's not exactly an easy character to pin down build-wise.
The only info on his fighting style that we have is the lore built up by the Best Friends and their fans, their use of him as a custom wrestling character in various wrestling games, and his appearances as a side character in the indie games they backed (like Dive Kick and Shovel Knight). What we do know is, he's a melee brawler, with some kicks, a rope he uses offensively and as a means of travel, and he has the power to manipulate electricity. While tough, he gets beat a lot, so making him DPS rather than a Tank would be appropriate.
I figured the main focus would be on Might, for the brawling, and the chain attacks in place of his rope attacks. Thunderbolt Lunge works great in place of his jump/swing kicks. But he also needs electric attacks. I figured Sparkstorm, with the Electric Personality adv., would be a good fit for his melee style of fighting. I think his Ultimate would be Storm Strike, since the character is known for his ability to "Call the Storm" and the knock might work with the Might knock abilities. I don't know if Ball Lightning would mesh well with the build, but I thought it could also be a good "Tap" electric power.

The open power slots can be used for w/e.
Demolish can be used to put up its debuff, while Beatdown is the main melee filler attack, and you can keep the Sparkstorm toggle running in the background. Inex Tides can be used as a pbAoE and to quickly refresh Demolish. I also added Storm Strike in for the concept. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.
