I need a little help with a build for a toon similar to Green Goblin, a dude in a glider who throws things at people. Maybe incendiary grenades, some gadgets, some non slotted PA? I dunno, just spit balling. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hm, would you want non-slotted PA, Gadgeteering guns, or maybe some Elec powers for the normal attacks? Here's a stab at it, using some Elec since LArc can provide pretty good single-target filler dps. I'll also use some the boomerang powers to simulate other thrown weapons:
