Valliant's Tornado Spin Attack

Something I just noticed today is the Valliant Loyal Sidekick does a Tornado Spin Attack. It's a melee attack where he spins in place, creating the tornado effect from the TP, and doing AoE damage. Can we get this as an actual power? It would be perfect for all the speedster toons out there.

    I second this, I was honestly really disappointed because I was expecting DEVs to make it into a player's power during the MIGHT revamp last year :anguished:
