Power color picker bug with "Special" Free Form

Hi there, I went LTS not too long ago and converted all my non FF characters into "Gold" Free Form characters, this comes with an option in the powers panel (the same window you change colors of powers individually) to change the color of all powers at once down in a little box on the lower left hand side of the window.
However before I went LTS I had a few "special" Free Form characters, these characters do not have the ability to change all their powers at once like all of my "Gold" Free Form characters do, I don't know if this is an oversight or intended for "Special" Free Form characters but, either way, I'd like to be able to do this on all my characters so if there's some way to turn them from "Special" to "Gold" or just enable the function on said characters I'd like to know.
