Twist Fate (Sentry spec) does not work with Rain of Steel (eb from dual swords).
-It appears to only be Rain of Steel that is affected
-Sonic Blaster with AoE advantage works with Twist Fate, so possibly not AoE related. (The fact that Sonic Blaster gets AoE from an advantage may be enough difference that Rain of Steel being AoE to start with is the cause.
