Costume textures are blurry and low rez

I just noticed today that the resolution for costume textures on my toons are fuzzy and low rez. I see the same on NPCs and other players. This only just started happening. Anyone else experiencing it?

    This is fixed. Looks like my Video Memory limit setting in Options was set to auto. Apparently it hit a tipping point or something as it's been fine before last week. Manually set to use the highest amount of video memory and all is good. :)
