I'm trying to make a human form Peacebringer from cityofheroes. I realize shape shifting is out of the question. I just wondering what powers would or could look like a PBs powers.

I am unfamiliar w/ the source. What sort of powers do they have that you think you could port over here? If you don't really know, then maybe just make up a build for yourself, and we can always critique it here, if you want.
