Build in progress

This is what I have so far, intended for Cosmics MT or at least dino soaking.
I had Ego Weaponry w/ Siphon Strikes on a DPS for some time and really liked the self-heal potential from it. So while my tank won't do the same huge crits I thought I could keep this.
SS/specs recommendations very welcome.

    @spinnytop posted a TK build a long time ago (2018) but I believe it's still a good build : here .

I just realized I'm dumb to not mention "Tank" in the thread title. Thanks!

Yeah, a TK Blades Tank can be pretty good defensively, and you have many diff ways to go about it- in terms of its backbone. Here's one example build for it:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Tank)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Constitution (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Recovery (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Kinetic Darts
Level 1: Ego Weaponry (Stressed Out, Siphoning Strikes)
    Level 6: Mental Discipline
    Level 8: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Telekinetic Reverberation
Level 14: Ego Blade Frenzy (Rank 2, Mental Block)
Level 17: Telekinetic Eruption (Enhanced Form, Inner Peace, Challenge!)
Level 20: Ego Blade Annihilation (Rank 2, Mental Acuity, Challenge!)
    Level 23: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 26: Telekinetic Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Ego Blade Dash
Level 32: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2)
    Level 35:
Level 38: Ego Blade Pandemonium (Rank 2, Leave a Mark)
    Adv. Points: 35/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Constitution: Unyielding (1/2)
    Constitution: Fuel My Fire (3/3)
    Constitution: Resilient (2/2)
    Constitution: Adrenaline Rush (2/2)
    Constitution: Armored (2/2)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Warden Mastery (1/1)

The last few powers (past TK Shield) can be w/e ya want. The ult is good, if you have it. Ego Surge w/ NM can also be pretty good. Could also take a dual passive approach, though you'd prob have to free up some adv points for it.

Alternates between TK Weaponry and EBA for single-target dps, and uses EBFrenzy as its main AoE. Although the two basic attacks don't have Challenge, you can put it up w/ EBA and taps of TK Eruption (EBA obv being your big single-target attack, and taps of TK Eruption also putting up some nice defensive advs). Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Dex and Rec.

Different specs, SS setups, and spec Masteries could also work well here. It'll kinda just depend on what aspects you want to focus on.

Oh tank? Now that's something I can help.

Generally speaking, it's easy to build a tank as there are only 2 passives that work properly : Defiance or Invulnerability. After that we can choose any powerset.

This is the TK tank build I'm actually playing : TK Tank.
    A few notes :
-REC spe : provides both energy management (TK powers cost a lot of energy) and CC resistance
-Protector Tree : mostly to be able to tank in Hybrid role and to max the heal from Arbiter mastery.
As you can see, this build has both range (Mind Drain, Kinetic Darts) and melee powers.
Mind Drain and Mental Impact are not very expensive to unlock.
You've 1 AP left that you can add wherever you want.

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Recovery (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Dexterity (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Gunslinger (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Ego: 8, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 15: Survival Training (Dex: 3, Con: 3, Pre: 3, Rec: 2, End: 2)
Level 18: Field Ops Training (Con: 3, Int: 3, Ego: 3, Rec: 2, End: 2)
    Level 21: Jack of All Trades (Str: 2, Dex: 2, Con: 2, Int: 2, Ego: 2, Pre: 2, Rec: 2, End: 2)

    Powers
    Level 1: Kinetic Darts
Level 1: Ego Weaponry (Rank 2, Thought Sever, Stressed Out)
    Level 6: Telekinetic Reverberation
    Level 8: Invulnerability (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Mental Discipline (Id Blades)
Level 14: Telekinetic Eruption (Enhanced Form, Challenge!)
Level 17: Void Shift (Emerging Nightmares)
Level 20: Mind Drain (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenge!)
Level 23: Ego Blade Annihilation (Rank 2, Mental Acuity)
Level 26: Telekinetic Shield (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2)
    Level 32: Lock N Load
    Level 35: Unbreakable
Level 38: Mental Impact (Rank 2, Rank 3, Leave a Mark)
    Adv. Points: 35/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Teleportation
    Level 35: Flight (Rank 2)

I think this is the first time I'm seeing a REC primare SS build, interesting. I can see one would want the CC resist from it, though.
As for powers, I do have EBPandemonium but not Mental Impact and Mind Drain.
I get that Drain is meant as a ranged option which is nice, but with the Adv on Weaponry and some decent DEX stacking I could maybe do enough self-healing while also building stacks of Leech?
Also, isn't Thought Sever just a PVP Adv?

Yes, this build has many originalities and yet it works amazingly well.

For the superstats, I chose something different than the usual CON or STR PSS. STR PSS would definitely not had fit. However this build can do good with CON PSS too.

Siphoning Strikes with decent crit chance and crit severity is usually the way to go, much better than Arbiter Mastery tbh. The base damage of Ego Weaponry is very low and mostly just worth the debuff (Stressed Out) and the heal on crit (Siphoning Strikes).

Mind Drain is a maintain which allows me to have more control on how much healing I want.

I picked Thought Sever because I could, nothing more, and I still have even 1 AP left.

EB Pandemonium is good although Mental Impact is better as it applies Overpower.
