It's good cause you get to heal and flex on people (literally) at the same time. Is it actually good? Well, it scales a bit oddly (for a heal), doesn't directly heal you (shields you instead), and is pretty costly. If you can work around those issues then it has potential.
I was using a build that focused on Impressive Physique as a main heal and found it to be surprisingly useful in most cases. Unfortunately it does have a cooldown if you don't use it's full activation time (or for some reason didn't pick up the advantage) so if you need to reposition it does mean you have to wait up to 5 second before you can use it again, so you will need a back-up heal.
I could try and dig up the build I was recently using if you're interested. I'm still ironing it out but it's a fun enough build. I wouldn't be able to post it until tonight however as I'm at work.
One thing I noticed that if you want to use it at cosmic's you can pretty much guarantee you won't be healing the tank. At Kiga his breath and blast attack will hit you, at Ape his punch will hit you, at Dino his bite and breath will hit you.
It makes some sense to stick Impressive Physique in as a situational group heal for a Str-based melee unit, to heal a melee clump in large-group content (ofc, not to regularly use- since you can't directly dps while channeling, and it's costly besides). For a healer, I guess an AoPM build would be good for it, so you have a decent passive boost to Str w/o necc needing to take away much Pres for it. AoPM's energy stat boost can also help manage the cost of the thing.
If you team is always close together and you have STR as an SS, it can be a useful heal. However, pets will be your enemy since it will soak up the target cap.

Well, ya could tell those players to leave their silly pets back in MC and hire a pet sitter (like a low-dps Hybrid whose not doing much anyways). More humane that way too XD
