Jagged Sword - Telekinetic Swords VFX missing

The VFX for Jagged Sword seems to be a bit unfinished / missing when it comes to the Telekinetic Swords:

Here is Ego Blade Breech Rank 3 with Telekinetic Sword costume:

Here is Ego Blade Breech Rank 3 with Jagged Sword costume:

The 'psychokinetic fire / flames' are missing from the sword costume.

Same character, same power, same rank, same color, only difference is the costume used.
