ok i have two characters right now, one is Lady Grams my healer, and Lady Jugs my regen tank. Now i would like to make a healer/tank. I noticed that it hasnt been listed yet in the Healer Builds forum.
Healer-Tank would be tricky, and esp if you're not too familiar w/ either role. I'd prob instead just make a Healer that focuses on defense w/ something like AoRP or Med Nanites as the passive. You could ofc have a Telepathy backbone for that as well (Telepathy does have a channeled heal ala Conduit in Empathic Healing, but I may take Psionic Healing cause it can be long-ranged). Here's an example build:

Psionic Healing can be your normal ally heal (you could change it to R3 Empathic Healing, if you don't mind the shorter range), while Dependency (from using MLeech), Sentinel Aura, and Sentinel Mastery can all help you heal in the background. Taps of MStorm and Sleep can apply debuffs like Wither, Vuln, Trapped, and Sentinel Mastery. Mind Break is a basic attack (which can detonate your Dependency debuff for a burst of ally healing, when charged), and Ego Sprites is a basic close-ranged AoE (that can be stacked twice). Gears mostly for Pres, w/ some Con and Int.
This might work as a dual passive/dual role build, based on tanking (or probably off-tanking, since I am not sure it works great in resisitng dmg).
The telepathy version (first one) has more healing and less dps. A darkness alternative below (my orginal idea, got carried away in thinking a build which actually suits one of my older Lvl.40!).
If you want to primary heal and switch to Tank if needed/drawing aggro, probably Invulnerability would be a better Passive.
-The idea of the build is to skip presence entirely in favor of REC to boost healing through Compassion.
-Your main sources of outgoing healing in Tank role (at lvl.40) will be Sentinel Mastery and Sentinel Aura procced through Psycotic Break from Shadow Blast. For self healing, in addition, you have Conviction and the Ebon Void.
-When needed you can switch to Support role equipping Seraphim. This will further boost your healing (and damage). Lifedrain becomes a nice additional healing source.
-Note that if you are healing you should stop using powers with the Challenge adv (or use them more sparingly).
-The last power, CoRG, is both a minor AoE heal and a self res power, albeit unreliable due to knocks.
-Guardian Spec could become anything else to suit your needs.
