Spiderman meets Wing Chun Build

I haven't quite figured out the name or costume yet. I have two options an unarmed build, which i feel i've done to death now, and option 2 is a single blade build.

    Uh, what inspired this? lol
I guess Unarmed is the best fit, but apparently Wing Chun can employ dual small blades too (or a polearm). Since you seem reluctant to do another Unarmed build, I'm not sure what you're looking for.. aside from I guess some expected powers like Entangling Web and/or Bolas, a swinging travel power, and a 'chain' power (or two).

alright the name im going with is Web Destiny. Kinda like Green Destiny from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. as for what inspired this, i was looking through all the costumes in the costumes forum. As for what powers, i think i'm gonna go with SB.

Okay so.. I guess it's an SB build, but w/ a few Spidey-related things? Here's one way to edit it:

    Level 12: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 18: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Reaper's Touch
Level 1: Reaper's Caress (Rank 2, Cleaving Strikes)
Level 6: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Form of the Tempest
    Level 11: Steadfast
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Bladed Cyclone (Rank 2, Vortex Technique)
Level 20: Reaper's Embrace (Rank 2, No Mercy)
Level 23: Crimson Bloom (Rank 2, Serrated Edges)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 29: Barbed Lariat (Work Up)
Level 32: Entangling Mesh (Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 35: Deflect (Rank 2)
    Level 38:
    Adv. Points: 32/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Swinging
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
Brawler: The Glory of Battle (1/3)
    Brawler: Penetrating Strikes (2/2)
    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Setup (2/2)
    Brawler: Flanking (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The last power slot can be w/e ya want.

I tried to keep most of your powers in there. Bladed Cyclone can rope in enemies in a wide AoE, while Crimson Bloom can be used as a cheaper & tighter pbAoE (that can also be fully channeled if you want to turtle up w/ its dmg shield). Against single-targets, it builds up to 5x Bleed w/ RCaress and ruptures the bleeds w/ charged REmbrace. The Lariat helps w/ the theme and can give you another self-heal to work with, while Mesh can root targets and help ground flying enemies. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.
