These are my ideas i had to create more Damage/Support Hybrids in the game.
Electric Manipulation
Slotted Support Passive - Energy Form
You are one with the Electromagnetic energies you control enhancing your ability to use them to your will.
Slotted Passive:
+Can be slotted in a Support or Balanced passive power slot.
+Increases damage of all your electrical attacks. This benefit scales with your Super Stats.
+Grants bonus efficacy to all of your healing powers. This benefit scales with your Super Stats.
+Grants significant resistance to Electrical typed attacks.
+Grants a small amount of healing every few seconds to teammates near you.
+Generates a small amount of energy when you are struck with Electrical attacks. This amount scales with your Recovery.
+Chance to apply Negative Ions to targets that attack you, dealing Electrical Damage to the target possibly arcing to other foes.
Energy Healing
Heal
Emit a beam of electrical energy to aid your allies.
Maintain:
+Continuously heals the target while maintained. If you don't have a friendly target, you will heal yourself.
+The amount healed increases as you maintain this power.
+Generates energy. This will only occur if damage is actually healed on a target other than yourself.
Power Battery
Buff- Form
With a few moments of concentration and preparation, you adapt an advanced martial posture.
Toggle:
+Activating this buff grants a stack of Empathy buff, which boots your healing and shield strength. The Empathy buff also boosts your outgoing damage by half the amount it boosts your healing and shield strength. The Empathy buff also grants a small amount of energy when a stack is gained.
+This form scales with your Recovery.
+Grants you energy when you gain a stack of Empathy
+You can gain up to eight stacks of this buff.
+At rank two, two instances of the Empathy buff are granted at activation. At Rank Three, you gain three instances on activation.
Trigger Conditions:
While you maintain this form you have a chance to gain another instance of Empathy whenever you apply Negative Ions or complete a circuit.
Ionic Absorption
Ranged Attack
Utilizes Electrical energy to transfer life energy from your enemy to you.
Maintain:
+Single Target Electrical Damage.
+Heals you as you deal damage.
+This heal is considered a Life Draining Effect.
