Rock Skin Torso?

I'm having problems finding the rock skin for the torso. We have access to it on the legs, so I'm wondering where it is for the top? I could have sworn we had access to it. Was it removed or has it been bugged to not show? I don't know if I'm overlooking it or if you guys have any insight to offer.


To be clear, I am not referring to the elemental earth tights. I'm referring to the skin option that matches the coloring on the rock pieces.

    Found in Costume Piece: Skin, Pattern: Rock Skin.

    So strange. I don't have it. I have every other piece of the rock set unlocked. My only R's for the torso patterns for skin are roin'esh and rope.

    If you're Male character, you need to change the Material to Skin Bare, then choose the Pattern.
