Fire/bestial build?

metalheadbetametalheadbeta Posts: 119 Arc User
I'm not sure if these two powersets would really work well together but what I'm looking for is a primarily bestial melee build with some fire support abilities. A heal or a shield, perhaps. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not much synergy there, since nothing in Fire bleeds and Bestial doesn't apply CFlames (unless you have Moonstruck unlocked), afaik. But you could maybe throw in something like Absorb Heat w/ the Wisp's CFlame's adv, I guess. Can also use Fire's block enhancer and/or its AO (Immolation), just to get more Fire rep, and w/o disrupting the Bestial framework that much:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.43:35

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Endurance (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Rockstar (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Paramilitary Training (Str: 3, Con: 3, Rec: 3, End: 3)
Level 9: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 12: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 18: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Throw Fire
Level 1: Shred (Rank 2, Penetrating Strikes)
Level 6: Aspect of the Bestial
Level 8: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Venomous Breath (Rank 2, Paralytic Bile)
    Level 14: Supernatural Power
Level 17: Will-o'-the-Wisp (Guide, Ghost Fire)
Level 20: Absorb Heat (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Massacre (Rank 2, Bloody Mess)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Immolation (Blazing Body)
Level 32: Fire Shield (Rank 2)
Level 35: Pounce (Furious Rush, Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 38: Fiery Embrace
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
Brawler: The Glory of Battle (1/3)
    Brawler: Penetrating Strikes (2/2)
    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Setup (2/2)
    Brawler: Flanking (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Fire's self-res seemed fitting, but the last power can be w/e ya want.

The main single-target rotation is to alternate between Shred and Massacre. AoE can be done w/ a mix of Venomous Breath and Shred's cleave. Pounce can be used as a lunge, but also to help CC, ground flying enemies, and/or to put up another self-heal. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and End/Rec.

Could also just a dd a few fiery auras to the build, for appearance/theme. That's the easy way to add fire ;)

Well, he said he wanted some Fire support abilities, but yeah Fire auras would def add to the look, and could help make up for not having many attacks from the Fire set mixed in.
